When KC’s original symphony orchestra was dissolved in 1982, the philanthropist R. Crosby Kemper Jr. insisted on creating the Kansas City Symphony. Since its formation, this new symphony orchestra has served as a vital part of the music community. Listen to their music at a show or sample before you purchase tickets by hearing their music on the radio or a CD.
Shoot some pool with your buddies at the Brass Rail, Kansas City's premier restaurant, sports bar and pool hall. Watch your favorite college or pro team play on the numerous big-screens and HDTVs as you sip on some of your favorite brews and beverages, or participate in one of the pool or dart tournaments.
Enjoy a tour and a toast at the Boulevard Brewery, the Midwest’s home for brews, ales and lagers since 1989. The Boulevard Brewery Tour takes guests through the brewing processes in this locally owned and operated business. Sample some of the best selections after your tour is complete, all for free!
