Various summer camps, lectures and seminars are held to bring this fascinating field to those interested in developing their talents in front of or behind the camera. Also, the Robinson Film Center does offer the chance to screen new releases, which sometimes include artier films that don't get shown in the commercial multiplexes.

The talented men and women who found themselves in the spotlight of the stage at Shreveport's Municipal Auditorium are all honored at the Stage of Stars and Legends Museum. Thousands of photographs, personal effects and memorabilia are all gathered for visitors to see during one of the many daily guided tours.
