Still, the color and spectacle of the detailed stained glass windows brings a color and depth to the atmosphere that, like the Salvation that is celebrated here daily, reminds the congregation of God's beauty and serenity.

Each November, the area's best local and regional musicians along with some nationally recognized artists gather for the Highland Jazz and Blues Festival. Known as Shreveport's "party in the park," there's a whole lot more than just the incredible music. Two stages feature rotating musical acts, and the five hours of live music and fun are absolutely free!
