"Coach House is a Diner and Restaurant established in 1939 in North Bergen, NJ. Open 24/7 all 365 days of the year with over 80 years of experience. Our story started when Clem Pappas left his village in Greece and came to the United States in 1919 when he was 12 years old with just a few cents in his pocket and a good work ethic. Hard work and courage was a small stainless steel diner, which he opened in 1939, just as the United States was climbing out of the Depression and heading into World War II. Our mission is “Good Food and Plenty of it”, give to our customer the best attention and continue the tradition of immigrant stories out there. We are very passionate about prepare home-made food. Also, our bakery prepares all bread, cakes, desserts and our signature item is our Cheese Cakes. Mentioned in local media, as the best cheesecake in town, and we can certainly say, our customer love us because we continue the tradition of the Pappas family. Now we are trilling to be part of the Goldbelly family and let the nation enjoy our Signature Cheesecakes."
