Jane Butel Cooking School has been voted as one of the top four cooking schools by Bon Appétit magazine. This school offers weekend classes to food enthusiasts who want to learn how to cook authentic Southwest Border cuisine. You can join these classes and interact with other food lovers to whip up some of the greatest salsas, tamales, and blue-corn chiles rellenos this side of Mexico.
