The Adobe Theater initially opened in the village of Corrales, located just north of Albuquerque. In the mid-1990s, it moved to its current location, where it continues to offer some of the finest community theater experiences in the Albuquerque area. The theater's small and intimate setting provides a unique experience for the audience, unlike any other theater. This community theater is relatively tiny and can seat up to 90 people, allowing the actors to perform right beside the audience. As a result, the audience feels like a part of the action, creating an intimate experience.

The Southwest Chocolate & Coffee Fest is the world's largest festival dedicated to chocolate, coffee, and gourmet foods, attracting over 23,000 attendees. It features 200 vendors, six stages, and 250,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor facilities. Discover exquisite chocolates, coffees, candies, baked goods, and more, and enjoy live music, cooking demonstrations, coffee and culinary seminars, and hands-on classes. The festival brings together purveyors of incredible chocolates, coffees, teas, gourmet foods, wine, and beer. It also includes craft cheeses, artisan breads, and unique sauces and dips.
