The building itself is considered a work of art, as this sleek building was completed in 1968 following the design of I.M. Pei. Inside, you'll find several impressive collections of 18th century American portraits, African and Latin folk art, contemporary photography as well as a highly impressive collection of ceramics.

This highly unique arts facility in Armory Square features year round presentations in contemporary theater, independent and documentary film, music and fine art. Syracuse's Niagara Mohawk Building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as an outstanding example of Art Deco architecture and a symbol of the Age of Electricity. This building was completed in 1932 and was the original home of the nation's largest power utility company that is now a division of National Grid plc. Tours are available by request.
