Syracuse's Landmark Theatre truly lives up to its name. This venue originally opened its doors in 1928 and stands as New York's last remaining Depression-era cinema that is still in operation. The theater became popular for its double bill of a movie and a live show. Facing problems in 1977, the foundering venue was rescued by investors who got it listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Today, not only can visitors enjoy the latest in concerts, plays and other great live entertainment, they can also tour this classic, Thomas Lamb-designed theater attraction.

The Erie Canal Museum traces history back to the mid-1800s when “weigh-lock” buildings were located along the length of the canal, and used to determine the toll that passing boats had to pay to get through the area between Albany and Buffalo. This museum is a National Register Landmark weigh lock building that features several interactive exhibits, multimedia presentations as well as actual artifacts that all tell the detailed story of how tolls were originally calculated.

Join our music director, Maestro Lawrence Loh, in the Symphoria as he explores symphonic masterpieces from the 18th to the 21st century, including the established musical collections of Rachmaninoff, Debussy, and Mahler, as well as new and emerging artists.

The ride up to the clouds isn't nearly as thrilling as the ride down, but either way it's great fun when you are in the very capable hands of the professionals at Skydive Central New York.
