Everyone is all too familiar with that feeling of being in a club that you just don't quite feel comfortable in. That will never be the case when you arrive at the ParkView Nite Club. Touted as “a cool place for shady people,” this Cleveland favorite nightlife destination features such fun as a reggae brunch, blues jams on Wednesday nights, a great menu for any sized appetite, and an always-impressive schedule of special events that you won't want to miss.
Nature lovers will feel right at home outdoors in the expansive Ohio and Erie Canalway. This National Heritage Area earned its designated title in 1996 because of its role in helping Ohio and our nation grow. Its status and recognition was to primarily preserve and celebrate the rails, trails, landscapes, towns and sites that all grew along the first 110 miles of the canal that sparked growth for not only Ohio, but for the entire nation. Among these beautifully landscaped 110 miles you'll find the Towpath Trail, America's Byway, the Cuyahoga Scenic Railroad and various county park districts.
Kids seem to be used to being told to not touch things. But at the Children's Museum of Cleveland, they are encouraged to enjoy all of the many interactive, hands-on activities that are available to them. The venue's many exhibits and attractions feature everything from exploring the sands found in Galapagos, pirate adventures for treasure, and various family-oriented presentations. It's a great way for the kids to have fun while they are learning!
