The structure is the area's only Victorian House Museum and offers visitors a chance to see what life was like back in an age when being prim and proper was the social norm. See artifacts, exhibits and attractions that offer an even more detailed look at the various aspects of Victorian life. The facility is also available for private events, group tours and weddings.

Getting a glimpse of nature doesn't have to be just plants and trees. See it come to life when you visit the Silver Creek Landing. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and watch the wildlife that's located at the Silver Creek public boat ramp. A viewing platform is just a short walk away, and you'll be able to overlook the McKenzie River where you'll catch sight of osprey, waterfowl, beaver and deer, among other interesting species.

Mom and dad will love the fact that the kids can learn about Eugene's history while getting some great exercise when visiting the Riverplay Discovery Village Playground. This is one of the largest playgrounds in the state and offers visitors a chance to experience the state's history and culture in a truly unique way. Creative play attractions and state-of-the-art features are the order of the day here, as the kids will enjoy climbing a 25-foot replica of Skinner Butte, uncovering fossils and exploring a replica of old pioneer villages.
