Gardening is transformed into a contemporary art form in the Frank Curto Park’s Art Gardens of Pittsburgh. Wander among the unique, mile-long outdoor art gallery filled with instillation art created with the growing greenery. Although you may spot a few sculptures, the main medium in the Art Gardens is the plant life.

Have your breath taken away as you travel up the Duquesne Incline. Once the main mode of transportation for Pittsburghers to get up the incredibly steep hills, nowadays the historic funicular takes guests up to the top of Mt. Built in 1889 as the Carnegie Musical Hall, the current New Hazlett Theater is not only a historical landmark but also an enthusiastic host to many local theater performances. Up to 500 audience members can take in any of the diverse live theatrical productions, dance performances and music events that are held in this entertainment space.
