This local ballet troupe has grown since it debuted in 1970 at the Pittsburgh Playhouse. Built in 1889 as the Carnegie Musical Hall, the current New Hazlett Theater is not only a historical landmark but also an enthusiastic host to many local theater performances. Up to 500 audience members can take in any of the diverse live theatrical productions, dance performances and music events that are held in this entertainment space.
