For a unique collection of art and artifacts, visit the Belz Museum of Asian & Judaic Art. Located near the famous Peabody Hotel, this specialized art museum features the largest and most comprehensive collection of Chinese art in the southern region of the United States. The museum is privately owned and stores a large permanent collection, it also hosts a number of events throughout the year.
Check out the best, and only, pool hall on Beale Street for a place to kick back and have some fun. People's Billiard Club offers a relaxed atmosphere and is filled with pool tables and big screen TVs playing the latest in sports. The fully stocked bar sells a small menu of items, including pizza.
Walk along the scenic Riverwalk or take a ride on the Monorail at Mud Island River Park, home to plenty of attractions and Memphis's own Adventure Center-the best place to get out and be active within the city.
