Roll on down the rivers with Memphis Riverboats. Take in the sights as you sail down the Mississippi River on a Dinner Cruise. Go on a water recreation adventure with Ghost River Canoe and Kayak Rentals. Follow the well-marked canoe trail in the Wolf River. This 8.5-mile trail includes many turns, beautiful cypress, wildlife sightings, a trip through Spirit Lake and the mystic Ghost Section. Located about half an hour outside of Memphis, this part of the river is great for more experienced paddlers but not recommended for beginners.

For a touch of art integrated into the beauty of nature, visit the Crystal Shrine Grotto. This man-made cave is located inside Memorial Park Cemetery and features the work of Mexican folk artist Dionicio Rodriquez. Ten scenes depict the life of Jesus Christ, but even non-Christians will appreciate the beautiful art and the peaceful ambiance of this grotto.

For a unique collection of art and artifacts, visit the Belz Museum of Asian & Judaic Art. Located near the famous Peabody Hotel, this specialized art museum features the largest and most comprehensive collection of Chinese art in the southern region of the United States. The museum is privately owned and stores a large permanent collection, it also hosts a number of events throughout the year.
