This white columned mansion currently serves as a museum, and offers visitors the chance to get a glimpse of how the King of Rock ‘n Roll lived after his rise to fame. Take a narrated tour as you sneak a peak at the Jungle Room, the Music Room and the car museum/garage. Elvis Week in August is the perfect time to dust off your blue suede shoes, coif your hair and don your best white suit. Located across from Graceland mansion, this festival features recorded music from the legend himself, as well as performances by a variety of Elvis impersonators.

The museum houses over 2,000 objects in its permanent collection and presents eight to ten traveling exhibitions annually. The 17-acre gardens feature formal spaces, woodland tracts and cutting gardens for the public to enjoy.
Stretch your legs at the Lichterman Nature Center. With over 65 acres of land filled with lakes, meadows and forests, the Lichterman Nature Center is a natural oasis in the urban landscape. The indoor and outdoor facilities feature wildlife, microscopic discoveries, a two-story forest boardwalk and an underwater viewing area.
Listen to a performance in an outdoor setting at the Handy Park Amphitheater during the evenings. Handy Park is located downtown on famous Beale Street. This beautiful park has plenty of space on the lawn and between the trees to spread out a blanket as you take in the music of different bands, from blues to rock.
