Listen to a performance in an outdoor setting at the Handy Park Amphitheater during the evenings. Handy Park is located downtown on famous Beale Street. This beautiful park has plenty of space on the lawn and between the trees to spread out a blanket as you take in the music of different bands, from blues to rock.
Although the Wolf River Conservancy is continuing to develop the greenway, parts of the Wolf River Greenway are already open to the public. Located along the gorgeous Wolf River floodplain, this greenway winds its way through the undisturbed forest and along the largely unspoiled river.
Walk along the scenic Riverwalk or take a ride on the Monorail at Mud Island River Park, home to plenty of attractions and Memphis's own Adventure Center-the best place to get out and be active within the city.
