Hattiloo Theatre is a Black repertory theatre company that is dedicated to developing a Black theater that is accessible to, relevant to, and reflective of a multicultural community. The theater stages at least seven major productions and about six special performances authored by Black writers each entertainment season.

Learn about a featured African country at Memphis's Africa in April. This unique event brings African dignitaries, ambassadors, and culture to the area through events and workshops. Africa in April Cultural Awareness Festival, Inc. works hard to bring training sessions, networking opportunities and marketing outlets to this festival and to various events throughout the year.
