Watch a timeless story performed at the Germantown Community Theatre. Heading into its 50th season, this community theater produces comedies, dramas, classical musicals, and other entertainment that appeals to all ages. Delve into the Native American way of life at the Chucalissa Museum and Archaeological Site. At this attraction, you'll learn about the culture and traditions of the indigenous inhabitants of the Mid-South through a variety of exhibits and artifacts. Displays about contemporary Southeastern Native America and the African American cultural heritage of the Chucalissa site's landscape are also found throughout the museum.

Burke's Books provides a home for wild, homeless books. Check out the second-hand and rare book selections, as well as a handful of newest novels fresh off the presses. This charming independent bookstore is said to be one of the oldest in the country, having opened in 1875.
