If you love Broadway musicals and renditions of favorite stories and fairy tales, the Casa Mañana Theatre delivers. The playhouse is known for well-known productions like "Hairspray" and "The Wizard of Oz."

The Casa Manana Theatre is located in the Fort Worth Cultural District. The theater produces Broadway plays like "Hairspray" and "Evita." In 1962, the theater began a program for children called the Children's Playhouse. Over 150,000 children a year see performances like "Snow White and the Seven Dwarves," "Brer Rabbit" and "The Wizard of Oz."

Casa Manana established a theater school shortly after the Children's Playhouse began. The Casa Manana Theatre School holds acting, musical theater, dance and voice lessons for children four and older. The school is now one of the largest of its kind in the nation.

Through its work and community outreach, the Jubilee Theater has become an artistic community leader.
