The Fort Worth Museum of Science & History is an excellent place to discover Fort Worth through the eyes of a scientist. The museum has a rich history, dating back to 1945, and has been renovated and offers a range of creative exhibits that educate and entertain visitors of all ages. The museum has plenty to discover, with over 175,000 historical and scientific objects on display. Some highlights include the Noble Planetarium, the Omni Theater, and exhibits like the Cattle Raiser's Museum, DinoLabs & DinoDig, Energy Blast, and the Fort Worth Children's Museum.
The Circle Theatre in downtown Fort Worth is an exciting place to catch a show. They've been around since 1981 and produce about six plays a year, covering many themes and genres. They've put on tremendous contemporary plays like Opus, Something Intangible, and The Great American Trailer Park Musical. What's neat is that the shows are performed in front of a small audience of only 125 guests, making for a truly intimate and unique experience.
