Have you heard about Mayfest at Trinity Park? It's the perfect way to kick off summer in Texas, with live music, carnival rides, festival food, bounce houses, a petting zoo, performing arts groups, paddleboats, rock-climbing, zip-lining, people-watching, art and gift market, 10K, and 5K USATF certified runs, student art contest, and so much more. There's something for everyone at this fantastic event. And after a long winter, what could be better than enjoying all of this family-friendly fun in the great outdoors? So mark your calendars, and take advantage of all the excitement.
The Circle Theatre in downtown Fort Worth is an exciting place to catch a show. They've been around since 1981 and produce about six plays a year, covering many themes and genres. They've put on tremendous contemporary plays like Opus, Something Intangible, and The Great American Trailer Park Musical. What's neat is that the shows are performed in front of a small audience of only 125 guests, making for a truly intimate and unique experience.
