PROVO, Utah Fire investigators revealed Wednesday that they have determined the cause of the devastating fire that destroyed the Los Hermanos restaurant in Provo. According to a press release from Provo Fire and Rescue, the origin of the fire was determined to be the prep kitchen in the basement, and the cause accidental. SALT LAKE CITY The USGS reported a 2.6 earthquake occurred near Wood Hollow Ranchettes in Utah Wednesday evening. The quake was roughly 1.5 miles away from Bluffdale, 3.7 miles away from Riverton and 5.5 miles away from Draper. Its one in a series of earthquakes and aftershocks felt in Utah this week. CALDWELL, Idaho The Caldwell Police Department in Caldwell, Idaho arrested a man for sexually assaulting two children. Police arrested 58-year-old Mac William Henderson on two felony charges of lewd conduct with a child under the age of 16. According to a press release from the Caldwell Police Department, Henderson allegedly sexually assaulted a boy and a girl over the course of many years, and in one of the cases, for over a decade.
