At this festival, the music of the Eagles and Queen get the classical treatment, while jazz trumpeter Chris Botti sits in with the Utah Symphony, just to mention a few of the upcoming attractions. Beginning in early July with a patriotic performance and running through early August, every one of these installments in the series is not to be missed.

The lunch menu features everything from pomodori and mozzarella to salads, pastas, and a generous wine selection. And the lasagna is a must-have, as well!
