Plan-B Theatre takes pride in not only presenting a wide range of satirical and comedic entertainment, they almost exclusively spotlight the work of Utah playwrights. Their contagious enthusiasm and magnetic performances set them apart, and they remain one of Salt Lake City's most revered group of thespians.

Hang out at Jordanelle Marina, where you can soak up some sun while fishing or playing around with water toys like jet skis and pontoon boats. For a couple more thrills on the water, try your skill at water skiing, wake-boarding or other water sports. The marina offers other playthings like a water trampoline or a water weenie. This place is fun for the whole family, so bring the sunscreen and be ready for a good time at another great Salt Lake City destination.

The Days of '47 Parade is one of the largest parades in the country. It is held every July 24th, the same day as Pioneer Day which is a state holiday for Utah. This day marks the arrival of Brigham Young and fellow Mormon pioneers to the area after being exiled from Nauvoo, Illinois. The first parade and festival was held in 1849. The Church of Latter Day Saints as well as various businesses and community groups have floats in this spectacular display of community involvement that also acknowledges Utah's rich history.
