If you visit Seattle University, be sure to show your support for the Seattle Redhawks. These intercollegiate varsity athletic teams consist of eight men´s sports and nine women´s. Part of the NCAA Division I, the Redhawks compete against other universities in baseball, basketball, golf, soccer, swimming and more.

The Seattle Public Theater at the Bathhouse offers a variety of plays in the Seattle area by newly discovered playwrights. Enjoy an evening filled with breathtaking suspense, brilliant wordplay, psychological complexity and sweet harmony as you watch a performance by part of Seattle´s most vibrant artistic community.

Visit the birthplace of modern Seattle at the Pioneer Square District. This area served as the city´s first neighborhood and urban center, and is currently protected as a historical district with several preserved buildings and homes from the Victorian era and earlier. Visit some of the local shops and art galleries as well, when you are in the area.

Walk through the outdoor sculpture garden on a romantic date at the Olympic Sculpture Park, operated by the Seattle Art Museum. This public park features large, contemporary sculptures in both permanent and visiting installations. In addition to admiring the beautiful art and meandering through the green landscaping, you can also take a stroll down the beach.
