The Port Townsend Aero Museum began operations in 2001, founded by experienced aircraft restorers Jerry and Peggy Thoutte. With an initial donation of six flying antique aircraft and several restoration projects, the museum quickly attracted a group of dedicated young volunteers. The youth mentorship program grew alongside the collection. Check out their collection and maybe even sign up for their volunteer program.

Seattle is known for its delicious brews, but Espresso Vivace Roasteria offers something much different than the Starbucks and Seattle´s Best chains found throughout the city. Opened in 1988 and inspired by Northern Italian espresso, Espresso Vivace creates their drinks with the motto "una bella tazza di caffe"–a beautiful cup of coffee.

Be moved to tears or laughter while enjoying entertainment at the Seattle Opera. Seattle Opera has been a leading American opera company since 1993, putting on five operas every year. Watch the classics of the European repertoire as well as contemporary works by American artists in the newly updated, modern McCaw Hall.

Ride up the Space Needle–one of the most distinctive icons in Seattle. Built for the 1962 World´s Fair, the Space Needle features an observation deck over 500 feet above the ground. While you are looking out across the cityscape, be sure to stop by the rotating SkyCity restaurant and gift shop. You can't leave the city without experiencing this attraction.
