Originally built in 1928 as a film and vaudeville theater, the renovated Paramount Theatre is one of Seattle´s most popular performing arts and entertainment venues. Take a trip through time at the Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture, the Pacific Northwest´s only major natural history museum. The oldest museum in the state, this museum features over 12 million artifacts and attractions in its permanent collection, as well as a host of continuously changing temporary exhibits.
Walk through the outdoor sculpture garden on a romantic date at the Olympic Sculpture Park, operated by the Seattle Art Museum. This public park features large, contemporary sculptures in both permanent and visiting installations.
