The Corpus Christi Chamber Music Society is dedicated to sharing the beauty and magic of chamber music with people of all ages in South Texas. Their mission is to bring world-renowned artists to perform for a diverse audience, and they offer a variety of programs to achieve this goal. In addition to concerts, the Society provides educational opportunities and community outreach programs that encourage young people to pursue excellence in music and other areas of their lives. They also offer special community programs that make classical music education accessible to a wider segment of the population. With up to seven chamber music outreach activities offered each concert season, the Society is committed to enriching the lives of everyone in the community.

Check out one of the biggest festivals that Corpus Christi has to offer, the annual Buc Days Celebration, where you can enjoy the Stripes Carnival, the Shops at Treasure Island, Buckin’ Marlin Stage, BBQ On The Bay, Robotics Rodeo, and the Wings Over South Texas. Celebrate the people and communities that make the city shine. During the Rally Night Parade at Buc Days, you’ll see marching bands, spirited dancing, dazzling floats, and the Official Wrecker Service, Apollo Towing, clear the route for all the fun. There’s something for buccaneers of every age right here in the heart of the city by the sea.

Start your adventure at Chute ‘Em Up Parasail, where you can enjoy a bird’s eye view of the spectacular scenery from above. Chute ‘Em Up Parasail has been flying high over Port Aransas for the last 22 years with over 50,000 flights. So, stay dry or get dipped in the water. Take off and land right off the back of the boat.

Take a trip through Asia and learn about ancient customs while gazing at the artistry of Japanese kimonos, porcelains, and even a rickshaw. Admire the beauty of artifacts from India, Sri Lanka, Japan, Thailand, The Philippines, Korea, Taiwan, and Laos. The treasures, stories, and richness of each country’s people await you at the Texas State Museum of Asian Cultures & Education Center. Beautiful Asian artifacts and a collection of intricately-carved pieces are sure to be among the high points of your visit. The Museum also offers many educational classes for students and the general public each year and is open to gatherings and special events with an Asian flair.
