For example, a recent show was a presentation of the Music of Pink Floyd. The symphony also raises funds for the continuance of music education and offers special events and camps for aspiring musicians.

Mobile's Redoubt Trail Loop is located near Spanish Fort and is one of the area's more popular trails for hiking. The trail's scenic surroundings as well as its proximity to various historical sites makes it a visually appealing trek. The level of difficulty of this recreational trail is suited to hikers of all skill levels.

Mardi Gras in Mobile takes place over the course of two and a half weeks in February.
