While the process in and of itself may sometimes seem impossible, way too costly and time consuming; there is always a solution and/or best fit to handling complex tax matters. My ultimate goal is to achieve an END RESULT that is fair and reasonable for you (The Taxpayer), and to keep the IRS off your back. There is no better feeling knowing your IRS tax issues are behind you, and that you can start focusing on future successes without a huge weight on your back. As a former IRS Enforcement Employee, I have seen the frustrations and pitfalls of many a Taxpayer who was misguided and/or received bad advice. Don’t let this happen to you. I am aware of and knowledgeable in the complex collection process and will be up front with you regarding whether I can or cannot help with your situation. Many others might give that false impression and charge you for services that have no chance of attaining the desired result. I am federally licensed and admitted to practice before the IRS and will adhere to the ethics and standards that are required of me. That’s not to say I won’t go to bat for you when I see holes in the system or process and that you have been treated unfairly and inconsistent with the Taxpayer Bill of Rights. My mission is to not only get a better result for you, but to make the process less stressful. That means being transparent about pricing and what to expect. It also means making myself available for feedback during the process through each step of the way. Because I only take on clients I know I can help, I will work harder on your case. While some cases involve complex litigation or are better suited to be handled in Tax Court, I promise to be up front with you from the start if I believe your IRS issue is beyond the scope of representation for an Enrolled Agent. I have affiliations with a few expert Tax Attorneys I can recommend and will not hesitate to refer you if warranted or desired by you.
