Founded in 2005, by Jack Manilla in Jacksonville, Florida - Portofino University provides certification courses and training for commercial and residential aquatic facility managers, operators, technicians, contractors and owners. Portofino University teaches the application of STEAM principles (science, technology, engineering, art and math) in relation to the world of aquatics. Courses are offered both online and in live classrooms.
