Lake Jackson, or Jackson Lake as it is sometimes referred to, is one of the oldest reservoirs in Georgia. On of the most stunning features of the lake is the Lloyd Shoals Dam that was built in 1910.

The structure was originally built in 1884 and still features one of the largest stages in the South.
