Buffalo resident Darwin D. Martin had the distinction of having his home designed by one of the world's most iconic architects, Frank Lloyd Wright. This truly unique structure, known as Graycliff, is situated on eight acres of woodland and cliffs and is regularly open for visitors who want to tour the home from the inside out. Wright's signature symmetrical artistic design is featured in various forms throughout Graycliff that both fans of modern art and architecture will surely appreciate. Reservations for your tour is required. Children under 10 are not permitted.

The Allegany State Park is the largest of New York's state parks as it contains an impressive 65,000 acres of public lands and offers a wide range of recreational activities throughout the year. You can enjoy a guided walk along the Bear Cave Trail, check out the stunning rock formations at the Allegany Plateau, go swimming and sunbathe on either of two beaches, and even go boating or fishing. There's cross-country skiing available, too. So in addition to enjoying some outdoor beauty, you won't be at a loss for any fun activities to enjoy!

The Buffalo Zoo offers a collection of various species of some of the world's most amazing animals, all presented in their natural habitats. As it is one of the country's oldest zoos, it's also one of the most extensive. Species from all over the globe are represented in the exhibits and attractions here, including pandas, polar bears, Indian rhinos and lots more.
