Providence's Governor Henry Lippitt House offers you a rare opportunity to travel back to the high-Victorian days. This attraction was named a National Historic Landmark in 1976.

Providence is home to the Providence Bruins, a professional sports team that is part of the American Hockey League. The Bruins play their home games at the Dunkin' Donuts Center.
