What goes up, must come down. And when you go up at Zero Gravity, expect to come down out of the sky at top speeds. With five rides named The Texas Blastoff, Nothin' But Net and The Skyscraper, you know you're in for one wild ride at this attraction. This collection of gravity-defying rides has got your name on it. Other death-defying thrill rides include The Skycoaster sending you soaring through the air at 60 mph then lingering at 100 feet and dropping right down as your stomach follows close behind. The Texas Blastoff resembles a giant slingshot with you in it and rocketing 150 feet up in the air at 70 mph then coming back down in a twisting, topsy-turvy free fall. Nothin' But Net gives you a chance to experience dropping from a 16-story tower, then freefalling into a safety net with (gulp!) no bungee, no cords and no harness. The Skyscraper is where you'll sit down and relax in a 165-foot propeller−until takeoff, at which point you'll get whipped around until you reach Four Gs.
Get out and play on the water, thanks to the watercraft rentals at Just For Fun. Whether you're looking for a 100-passenger party boat with a water slide, a jet ski, a ski boat or pontoon, the folks at Just For Fun will hook you up with everything in the realm of water recreation.
At the Bloomin' Bluegrass Festival and Chili Cookoff, entry is free so you can come and go as you please. You will find plenty of bluegrass music, a chili cook-off, and an arts-and-crafts marketplace.
