If you're a foodie, you'll love the cooking demos where you can learn how your favorite cuisine is made in Grandma's kitchen. And of course, you can't leave without sampling the tasty sweets and wonderful Greek food selection. Check out the inspiring Taverna where you can take a sip of Greek wine or  try Greek beer. The Marketplace is full of Greek-themed trinkets, and the cultural center and bookstore are great places to indulge your intellect.

Check out the Grapevine Vintage Railroad, where history and hospitality combine to create unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime. As you climb aboard, you'll be transported back to the 1920s, with authentic coaches lovingly restored to their former glory. And don't worry about the summer heat; the coaches are fully air-conditioned, so you can sit back and relax comfortably. But be warned, some shady characters are lurking around, and Deputy Maverick may call on you to help during the Great Grapevine Train Heist. Keep your eyes peeled and your wits about you; you might save the day.

Summit Plano offers 5,000 square feet of indoor bouldering and 20,000 square feet of the top rope, lead, and auto-belay climbing. The mezzanine, overlooking the 55ft tall lead wall, features a state-of-the-art fitness center. You can enjoy climbing with anchors and ropes for added safety and security in the gym's top rope and lead section. Alternatively, you can climb freely without attachable equipment in the bouldering area. They also offer world-class rock climbing, bouldering, yoga, and various fitness activities, including classes, cardio, and weightlifting.

The Round-Up Saloon is known as "The Home of Good Times and Good People" and has been for many years. It is one of the best country western dance halls in the nation. There are some rumors that this location served as a significant bookmaking operation and was the home of the famed "Old Warsaw Restaurant." Some say that Mrs. Slavick's ghost still haunts the Saloon and loves C&W music. But if you want to know more about these stories, ask your favorite bartender. There are two-stepping and western swing dance lessons every week, along with karaoke, trivia, and drag shows. If you're interested in learning dance, the Round-Up has free dance lessons every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights.
