The Bayou City Art Festival is one of the top 200 iconic Arts Festivals in the world that showcases the works of several artists placed in 19 different categories at Bayou City Art Festival Memorial Park in the spring and at Bayou City Art Festival Downtown in the fall. Go Fly, Go High, Go Long at Geronimo Park, where friends, families, teams, and groups can unplug from electronics, participate in thrilling outdoor activities, and enjoy each other's company in a natural environment. Feel the thrill of ziplining as you glide through the treetops across five zip lines and three bridges. Work your way up and across a 42 ft platform as you choose between the exhilarating rush of a simulated free fall experience or a slow, controlled rappel descent. Trek through and take an optional detour through nine aerial challenges, grab a friend, and soar across the park side by side on the longest, fastest zipline at 555 feet.

The traditional and hospitable hobbits welcome you and sincerely hope you enjoy yourself at The Hobbit Cafe, where you can enjoy food, friends, wine, and good times. As you sit around the large wooden deck and the giant oak tree, try out the ever-changing list of Hobbit-approved beers, wines, and over 100 adult beverages, including meads, Belgian beers, craft beers, ciders, sours, wines, and frozen drinks. Check out the delicious menu that is filled with fresh dishes like stacked burgers, huge hobbit-sized sandwiches, nachos, seafood, and several stellar breakfast and brunch options.

Theatre Suburbia is an all-volunteer theater that is all-heart and all-talent and has produced a variety of plays, including classics, heavy dramas, dark comedies, light comedies, mysteries, original scripted, and children's shows. Throughout the years, they have endeavored to provide quality, live theatre to the Houston area. They try to reach as many as possible by providing unique sets seen with each show. Being a small theatre, they refer to physical limitations, not the quality of work performed. The ensemble has a growing reputation for flawless productions, with a knack for choosing challenging, lesser-known scripts that include Panic, Waiting To Be Mended, If It's Monday, and This Must Be Christmas.
