DEER PARK, Texas The shelter-in-place order has been lifted Thursday afternoon for both Deer Park and Galena Park as Intercontinental Terminal Company and county officials continue to monitor air quality throughout the area. As a precaution, multiple school districts have cancelled classes for Friday.
