The Bayou City Art Festival is one of the top 200 iconic Arts Festivals in the world that showcases the works of several artists placed in 19 different categories at Bayou City Art Festival Memorial Park in the spring and at Bayou City Art Festival Downtown in the fall. Levy Park is a vibrant urban space located in the heart of the Upper Kirby District of Houston. The park’s design features beautiful landscaping, activity areas, a dog park, a community garden, and a Children’s Park. The grounds are free, year-round passive and active programming in wellness, the arts, education, and recreation. Whether you visit the park for a special event, program, picnic, play date, or enjoy the outdoors, Levy Park is your space to connect, experience, do, and play.

Take a trip to see the dolphins frolic and play on a Baywatch Dolphin Tour, where you can enjoy the 45-minute tour that gives you a chance to get up close and personal to the dolphin's natural habitat on a dolphin-safe tour boat that holds up to 38 passengers. Try out the new tour that offers enclosed and heated surroundings with a 360° view for the ideal dolphin-watching experience.

Sit under a ceiling of twinkling lights inside the Theatre Under The Stars and watch timeless classics in addition to new and innovative musical productions. You'll find featured shows like Rodgers and Hammerstein's Oklahoma!, The Wiz, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Ragtime, Jerome Robbins' Broadway, and more. Though the TUTS group performed outdoors at Miller Outdoor Theatre in Hermann Park, today, TUTS performs in the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts, a 2,650-seat theater with a fiber-optic ceiling that twinkles as the lights dim, harkening back to the theater troupe's open-air performances.
