With offices in Houston, Texas, and Mowbray, South Africa, FieldMetrix is a software company that creates field technician apps, job cards software proof of delivery software applications, and other solutions to help businesses transition to a paperless workforce. We offer a mobile Android application to capture on-site work for an accurate audit trail and a web portal to monitor job progress. There is a background synchronization technology to handle device to server communication, and a higher performance API that integrates with Sage, MS Dynamics, and Heat. Our three-step work process involves generating and dispatching assignments to field technicians, having them complete their assigned work with FieldMetrix on their Android devices, and generating a PDF of the finished project and emailing it to the management. With our electronic job card system, your technicians will be able to replace paper forms in the field with electronic job cards and forms on Android. They can capture digital signatures as proof of service, get exact GPS locations of stock or its installation, use customizable forms to enforce standard operating procedures, and take annotated photos to show proof of service and condition of work. Using barcode scans, they can identify stock and inventory items, eliminate typo errors, and accurately bill clients. With the RFID scanner app, they can identify and track RFID tags attached to assets and equipment that require regular inspection, servicing, or asset reporting. By managing and monitoring your field technicians’ location and work in real-time, you can make informed decisions and deploy customized solutions for the business.
