The Bayou City Art Festival is one of the top 200 iconic Arts Festivals in the world that showcases the works of several artists placed in 19 different categories at Bayou City Art Festival Memorial Park in the spring and at Bayou City Art Festival Downtown in the fall. Revisit the ’80s at Hungry Like the Wolf, Houston’s only ’80s-themed diner and bar, where you can immerse yourself in the ’80s-themed menu, cocktails, vibes, ambiance, and decor. As you stroll through the diner, you’ll find 80’s nostalgia and memorabilia from yearbook walls to high school lockers, glitter tables, wicked carpet, and the spinning Rubik’s cube disco wall.
Explore The Health Museum, an excellent, innovative, and interactive health and science educational experience, where you will discover a larger-than-life journey through the human body, see actual organ dissections, enjoy science mini-classes and mini-med schools, and check out the health fairs and community outreach, and family science labs.
