Don´t feel like leaving the city for a hike or bike? Check out the Burke Gilman Trail. Once an abandoned railroad line, this paved recreation path provides plenty of hiking, biking, jogging and running opportunities for those in the city. It currently extends about 90 miles in Seattle and further throughout King County in Washington.

Have a blast at the Seattle Center! You´ll find plenty to do in this park, arts and entertainment attraction. Visit the Center House, home of the Children´s Museum, or the Pacific Science Center. Ride up to the top of the Space Needle or take a ride on the Seattle Center Monorail. Enjoy music and theater performances or let the kids play at the International Fountain.

This public park features large, contemporary sculptures in both permanent and visiting installations. In addition to admiring the beautiful art and meandering through the green landscaping, you can also take a stroll down the beach.
