More than just a 32-mile-long sidewalk, this 10-foot-wide reinforced concrete path is a monumental achievement and a key component in Cheyenne’s non-motorized transportation system. The Historic Governors’ Mansion provided residence for Wyoming’s governor from 1905 until 1976. Come to the Mary Godfrey Playhouse or the historic Atlas Theatre to watch the Cheyenne Little Theatre Players bring a musical, drama, comedy or other special entertainment to life on stage. Since 1930, the Little Theatre troupe has been Cheyenne’s oldest and only continuously operating community theater group in the city.
