Located in Lincoln Park, Johnson Pool is a great way to cool down during the hot summer months. Military and history buffs alike will be fascinated by the F. E. Warren AFB Intercontinental Ballistic Missile and Heritage Museum located on the Warren Air Force Base. Originally established by the army as Fort David Allen Russell in 1867, Warren is known as the oldest continuously active military installation within the Air Force. The on-base museum showcases the history of missiles and the lives of men and women who were stationed here.

Get up close and personal with the great North American bison at the Terry Bison Ranch, just seven miles south of Cheyenne. Explore the ranch resort attractions and its grassland grazers on either the custom-built train or by horseback riding along the trails.
