The Historic Governors’ Mansion provided residence for Wyoming’s governor from 1905 until 1976. This historic landmark and attraction is currently operating as a house museum, with rooms displaying decorations and artifacts from the 1905, 1937, 1955 and 1960s eras. Learn about the past of this laid-back city through the halls of its former leaders’ home.

Get active outdoors along the Dry Creek Parkway, a wide but linear park with an expansive bike trail and disc golf (also known as Frisbee golf) course. Like the Greater Cheyenne Greenway, this park’s trails are expanding and growing in popularity. Walk, play and explore the area following the creek, which forms a few lakes and ponds along the way.

Based on a fundraising project by the Cheyenne Depot Museum Foundation, this impressive decorative footwear can be seen in front of and inside the Cheyenne Depot Museum Complex as well as several businesses and organizations.
