The group began as a community orchestra in 1976 and has since grown into the impressive musical entity it is today. The symphony has a full entertainment schedule all year long that includes various pops concerts, fellowship recitals, performances with guest musicians as well as seasonal presentations.
Grab your racket and head to Lagoon Park Tennis Center, where a great time is always being served up! Located in the heart of Lagoon Park, this impressive recreation facility offers lit courts, a pro shop and even a restaurant. Concessions are available. Court fees are required.

This popular campground features expansive green meadows that are populated with beautiful, shady trees and other foliage that overlooks the waters of the Alabama River. The park is a very popular fishing destination, so make sure you have plenty of bait to reel in that big one!
No visit to Montgomery is complete without seeing the three historic downtown streets that make up the Garden District. Some of the most beautiful and historic homes in the city can be found here as well as the Governor's Mansion and other interesting landmarks and attractions.
