True to its name, the theater presents entertainment that explores the many different histories that make up Saint Paul’s diverse community. For more than 30 years, History Theatre has produced more than 100 world premieres by national playwrights such as Craig Wright, Frank McCourt, Doris Baizley and others.

Challenge your buddies to recreational warfare at Splat Tag Inc, open seven days a week. This enormous paintball field is only 25 minutes east of Saint Paul and offers 20 unique courses at one convenient location. Battle it out with a private group reservation or join in an ongoing game.

Join in the seasonal, citywide festival of the arts at the Saint Paul Art Crawl. All along Downtown, Lowertown and Harriet Island, vendors and local artists set up tents and galleries to display their wares. Hidden in the four-acres beside the zoo, Como Town is a lesser-known attraction in Como Park but an excellent one for children between the ages 2 and 12. This amusement park offers rides such as a carousel, bumper cars, a Tilt-A-Whirl and more! In addition to the rides and Splash Zone, Como Town offers carnival games, puppet shows and other family-fun.
