Sherman Associates has cut down the number of short-term rentals in its Mill District project at 205 Park Ave. in Minneapolis in the wake of complaints from neighbors. The Minneapolis developer had planned to dedicate to 94 of its 122 apartments to short-term rental company Sonder. But, at a Downtown Minneapolis Neighborhood Association, Sherman Director of Development Shane LaFavetold the group that the number of short-term rentals would be cut from 94 to 25, according to the Star Tribune.
