General merchandise retailer Shopko Stores Operating Co. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Wednesday, and plans to close more than 100 stores, five of which are in Minnesota.Shopko is already in the midst of closing more than 60 stores, and added 38 store closures with its bankruptcy announcement today, CBS News reports.
