Tour 18 different museums within The Houston Museum District located in downtown Houston. They all feature free admission on certain days and 11 of them have free admission all the time. After your museum tours, explore exhibits, collections, and workshops and take in a few live performances. The museums that comprise the district are Buffalo Soldiers National Museum, Byzantine Fresco Chapel Museum, Children's Museum of Houston, Contemporary Arts Museum Houston, Czech Cultural Center Houston, The Health Museum, Holocaust Museum Houston, Houston Center for Contemporary Craft, Houston Center for Photography, Houston Museum of Natural Science, Houston Zoo, The John C. Freeman Weather Museum, The Jung Center Of Houston, Lawndale Art Center, The Menil Collection, The Museum of Fine Arts - Houston, Rice University Art Gallery, The Rothko Chapel.

Theatre Suburbia is an all-volunteer theater that is all-heart and all-talent and has produced a variety of plays, including classics, heavy dramas, dark comedies, light comedies, mysteries, original scripted, and children's shows. Throughout the years, they have endeavored to provide quality, live theatre to the Houston area. They try to reach as many as possible by providing unique sets seen with each show. Being a small theatre, they refer to physical limitations, not the quality of work performed. The ensemble has a growing reputation for flawless productions, with a knack for choosing challenging, lesser-known scripts that include Panic, Waiting To Be Mended, If It's Monday, and This Must Be Christmas.

Have a blast at the Space Center Houston, where future spacecraft engineers, designers, rocket scientists and budding astronauts can explore to their hearts content and learn that their dreams can become their reality. Stroll through the space center and check out the exhibits, attractions, special presentations, and hands-on activities to learn about NASA's manned space flight program. You can also watch astronauts train for missions, touch a real moon rock and take a behind-the-scenes tour of NASA.
